Message from the Executive Board of the ABB with regard to the measures against the proliferation of COVID-19

With regard to the the anti-epidemic measures introduced on the territory of Bulgaria by 29.03.2020, the Executive Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria informs the citizens and the companies that the customer service in the bank branches will continue to operate as normal following the recommendations for increased hygiene and security for both employees and customers. Customers are also encouraged to use the digital banking services and channels if they do not wish to visit branch offices on site.
