The ABB’s Secretary General, Mrs. Irina Martseva, was appointed by the Executive Board of the ABB as a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund as a representative of the ABB for a full four-year mandate to replace the current ABB representative, whose mandate has expired.
Mrs. Martseva terminates her participation in the Management Board of the Investor Compensation Fund (IFC), where she has been representing the ABB since the creation of the Fund in 2005. Mrs. Irina Kazandjieva, Head of Banking Policy and Analysis Division at the ABB, and an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance at the UNWE, has been proposed to replace Mrs. Martseva as the ABB representative at the Management Board of the IFC, until the expiration of the mandate.
