Considering the expired mandate of the members of the Management Board of the Investor Compensation Fund /the Fund/ and in accordance with a decision of the Executive Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria as of 10th of February 2015, the following nominations are proposed to the Financial Supervision Commission as new members of the Management Board:
- In compliance with Art. 77е, para 3, item 2 of LPOS and respectively with Art. 3, para 2, item 3 of the Regulation for the Organization and Activities of the Investor Compensation Fund Mrs. Irina Martseva, Secretary General of the ABB, was proposed to be elected for a new five year mandate as the ABB representative in the Management Board of the Fund;
- In compliance with Art. 77е, para 3, item 3 of LPOS and respectively with Art. 3, para 2, item 4 of the Regulation for the Organization and Activities of the Investor Compensation Fund after agreeing with the management of BALII Mrs. Pavlina Anatchkova, Director of Bank Policy Directorate in the Banking Division of the Bulgarian National Bank, was proposed as the common representative of the ABB and BALII in the Management Board of the Investor Compensation Fund.
