In June the annual General Assembly of the International Banking Institute where the ABB is a shareholder with the biggest share took place in June. Mr. Emil Angelov was elected as a new manager. Mr. Angelov is a member of the ABB Executive Board as well as Deputy Chief Executive Director of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD. Mrs. Petya Dimitrova, member of the ABB Executive Board and Chief Executive Director of Eurobank Bulgaria AD, continues to represent the ABB in the management body of the IBI. Mrs. Pavlina Anachkova who stepped down as a manager was expressed our gratitude for her longstanding commitment.
The International Banking Institute was created in 1991. Its mission is to increase the work efficiency of the banking and financial sector through conducting specialized training.
