At the Annual General Assembly of the ABB held on the 31st of March as new members of the ABB Executive Board Mr. Peter Andronov, Chief Executive Director of CIBANK EAD, Mr. Emil Angelov, Deputy Chief Executive Director of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD and Mrs. Tzenka Petkova, Executive Director of Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria EAD were elected.
The Executive Board of the ABB elected as a Chairman of the ABB Executive Board Mr. Peter Andronov, Chief Executive Director of CIBANK EAD.
The rest of the members of the Executive Board of the ABB who continue their mandates are Mrs. Violina Marinova, Deputy Chairperson of the ABB Executive Board and Mr. Svetoslav Gavriiski, Mr. Georgie Konstantinov and Mrs. Petya Dimitrova who are members of the Board.
The General Assembly expresses its gratitude and its high estimation for his work to the current chairman of the ABB Executive Board, Mr. Levon Hampartzoumian, who was released due to the expiry of his second mandate in the ABB Executive Board and due to impossibility in accordance with the ABB Statute to be elected for a next subsequent mandate.
