In April Mrs. Petya Dimitrova – Chief Executive Officer of Eurobank Bulgaria AD, was elected by the Executive Board of the ABB as a Chairperson.
Mrs. Tsvetanka Mintcheva, Chief Executive Officer of Unicredit Bulbank AD, continues to be a Deputy Chairperson of the governing body of the Association.
At the General Assembly meeting held on the 3rd of April 2023 Mr. Tamas Hak-Kovacs, Chief Executive Officer of DSK Bank AD and Mr. Ilian Georgiev, Chief Executive Officer of Bulgarian American Credit Bank AD were elected as new members of the Executive Board of the ABB for a first 3-years term.
Mrs. Diana Miteva was dismissed of a membership at the Executive Board of the ABB due to the loss of capacity as an executive director of a bank. Mrs. Desislava Simeonova, Executive Director of UBB AD, was dismissed of a membership at the Executive Board, at her request. The General Assembly expressed gratitude and praised the work of Mrs. Miteva and Mrs. Simeonova as members of the Executive Board of the Association.
